The necessity to know vendor-specific programming environment is the a major hurdle in pulse sequence design. This work demonstrates the integration of Pulseq in GPI.

Pulseq is a vendor-neutral pulse-sequence design framework in Matlab, and GPI is a scientific environment for GUI-based algorithm design. Thus, pulseq-gpi integrates pulse sequence design with the rest of the MR research pipeline (simulation, reconstruction, image analysis and visualisation) and provides a single platform on GPI for MR method development.
